I’m running for President-Elect of American Public Health Association

I am honored to have been selected as a candidate for President-Elect of the American Public Health Association. For almost 20 years, APHA has been my public health home. I have served at every level of the organization from leadership in New Hampshire Public Health Association to serving on the Executive Board of APHA. As I have worked with so many incredible colleagues, my passion for APHA has grown so this honor is also a thrill. Howard Thurman said, “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” APHA has made me come alive and I grateful for this opportunity to serve!
